SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHEN WILL YOU POST MY ORDER?

If you order before 12 pm (Mon-Fri) then your parcel will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 1 pm (Mon-Fri) then your parcel will be dispatched the next business working day. 

Weekend orders are dispatched the next business working day.

HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?

Royal Mail and Parcel 2 Go is who we use to send our parcels. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

First-class delivery via Royal Mail and Parcel 2 Go normally takes 1-2 working days and Standard delivery via Royal Mail and Parcel 2 Go normally take 3-5 working days, however, please make exceptions for exceptionally busy periods, industrial action, and adverse weather conditions as delivery times may be impacted. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?

Royal Mail: 1st Class £3.85 and 2nd Class £3.20

Parcel 2 Go: 1st Class £4.38  (up to 1kg) and 2nd Class £2.89 (under 2kg)

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we are happy to accept returns. 

Packaging must not be damaged and has to be unopened. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Once the item has been received by THE SECRET POOCH GARDEN we will then process a refund for your order. 

You will receive a confirmation email and the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 5-7 working days.
